Please allow 2–6 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged before shipment.

During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, production times may occasionally be longer.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within approximately 5–14 business days from the date of purchase.

📍 Order Tracking

You will automatically receive a tracking email once your package ships. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

🛑 Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a production issue, please contact us within 14 days at hello@brainfoxcreative.com and include a clear photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages. However, if you experience a delivery issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
